I saw that you had outboards marked as available on your site, so I went ahead and placed an order. A week later, I reached out for an update. The representative informed me that my engine wouldn’t arrive until April, and here we are in December, despite the website claiming it was in stock. I’m done shopping with you guys and will definitely spread the word to others to steer clear.

I recently had a Lewmar anchor system put in by Boat Works, and I’m super happy with how everything turned out. Chris was quick to get me on the schedule and finished the job right on time. They even gave me a higher estimate and handed back the extra cash right away. The workmanship is top-notch, with the windlass set up just right, and all the wiring, fuses, and switches placed perfectly. Plus, they did a great job sealing up the mounting bracket holes. No issues at all with this whole experience.

"Follow-Up on Customer Service"
The company was super helpful and quite professional during the installation process. However, when I reached out via phone and email regarding a gauge that wasn’t functioning once I took the boat out, I was left hanging without a return call. That was a letdown since they seemed so professional.
